Owners give GP Capital Ventures day-to-day responsibility for a real asset, from the grounds and buildings to the vendors, budget, and reporting. When they decide to sell, the same team prepares the asset for market and stays with it through closing.
Our team holds the senior designations of the valuation profession. We price and position each asset on the evidence a buyer’s lender and appraiser will use.
One team carries the asset from stewardship to sale.
Stewardship
We oversee the grounds, buildings, and systems, manage vendors, security, and insurance, and hold the operating budget. Owners receive a monthly report on condition, spending, and open items.
Sale Readiness
We measure the buildings, document condition and capital needs, and assemble an organized data room, so a buyer’s lender and appraiser find what they need without delay.
Disposition
We provide pricing guidance grounded in valuation evidence, advise on sale strategy, and help the owners select and oversee a listing broker through closing.
Current Mandate
We manage a 20-acre, nine-building campus in Jacksonville.
The work includes care of the grounds and buildings, room-by-room measurement of all nine buildings, and preparation of the campus for sale.
