  • Greggie D. Pascual, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, CCIM, ASA, MRICS

    CEO & Managing Partner | CIO

    With over two (2) decades of valuation and consulting experience, Greggie is an accomplished real estate appraiser, business valuer, investment adviser, and fund manager. Greggie serves as either the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and/or a Board Advisor of private funds. GP Capital Ventures is a co-GP of these private funds. In addition to fund management within GP Capital Ventures, Greggie has founded two (2) other lines of businesses. Greggie leads a talented team of valuation analysts, underwriters, business consultants, and capital raisers.

    Greggie leverages his extensive knowledge and technical skills to assess investment opportunities. His elastic thinking and deep understanding of the value-creation process make him well equipped to identify emerging markets and promising asset classes. Moreover, within GP Capital Ventures, Greggie aims to collaborate with, and create an elite network of like-minded people who want to do good in the world. Greggie’s mission in GP Capital Ventures is to build long-term relationships for the purpose of creating positive and meaningful impact.

    Greggie lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida and Tysons Corner, Virginia. He is a passionate world-wide traveler for business and for pleasure.

  • Shreeya Lohani

    Partner | Director of Marketing & Head of Capital Markets

    Shreeya is an expert content creator and marketing strategist in GP Capital Ventures. Shreeya is a relationship builder within her immense network of high-net worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra-high-net worth individuals (UHNWI), as well as multi and single-family offices.

    As Director of Investor Relations, Shreeya actively develops relationships through her authenticity, empathy and genuine curiosity for people. With her unique background, Shreeya is determined to fund projects that promote opportunities of education, career training, and mentorship for minority women. Through her strong communication and natural ability for listening, Shreeya instills investor confidence and belief in the firm's vision and investment thesis for delivering stakeholder value and creating meaningful impact.

    Shreeya lives in McLean, Virginia. As an avid reader and a health enthusiast, she enjoys the benefits of being a lifelong learner and wellness advocate.

    Partner | Head of M&A

    Nate Jordan, CM&AA is an ambitious business professional and SIUC alumnus who holds a B.S. in Plant Biology and sits on the Greater Rockford Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Driven by his passions for business, entrepreneurship, and technology, Nate continuously seeks opportunities to aid others in their personal and professional growth.

    A firm believer in social impact and innovation, Nate founded Sprekk Technology Services in 2018, an on-demand phone repair company committed to community philanthropy. He also co-founded Sprekk Supply Group in 2020, a medical device distribution firm specializing in cutting-edge non-invasive pain management solutions for chronic pain patients.

    As a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) and Managing Director for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Nate empowers the Greater Rockford community by helping local businesses achieve growth and accomplish their strategic objectives. His expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Advisory, and navigating commercial real estate transactions make him an invaluable asset for companies.

    Nate's consulting capabilities are further bolstered by his Go-To-Market experience at Cleo.com, a leading SaaS B2B EDI & API integration provider, and at ToroTMS, a SaaS company focused on streamlining operations for logistics organizations. His background in diverse industries enables him to apply best practices and innovative solutions to meet the unique challenges faced by companies, ensuring they thrive and accomplish their strategic goals.

  • Elizarica Anderson

    Strategic Partner | Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations

    Eliza Anderson has been a force in the real estate investment space, leveraging her expertise as a serial entrepreneur to generate impressive returns for her investors. With a degree in Psychology from California Baptist University, Eliza has always had a keen sense of what motivates people and what drives success.

    Over the years, Eliza has opened several businesses, in which she also owns Beverly Hills Aesthetic Centers, and EnergiX Martial Arts and Fitness, but her most lucrative venture has been in real estate. To further her knowledge and skills, she has enrolled in more than 5 master classes for real estate investments, making her a true expert in the field.

    As a Partner at JEA Capital Holdings, our Strategic Partner, Eliza focuses on capital raising and investor relations. Her track record of success and her commitment to responsible investing have made her an invaluable member of our Capital Raising team.

    Aside from her career in real estate, Elizarica is also a passionate advocate for widowed single moms and orphans. She hosts her own show, Eliza Anderson TV, on the Daily Gospel Network where she spreads awareness and support for these causes.

  • Julian T. King

    Partner | Investor Relations

    Julian is an expert collaborator with a passion for cultivating sustained relationships with clients and delivering winning strategies over time. As part of our Investor Relations team, Julian brings vision, resourcefulness, and exceptional communication skills to fulfill both internal and external components of private capital fundraising and investor relations processes.

    Julian works with internal sponsors, private fund managers, private institutions, REITs, trade associations, family offices, private investment groups, and high net worth individuals to create partnership opportunities between capital and a variety of alternative investments. Julian is also closely involved in performing industry and asset-specific research, new product development initiatives, investor reporting and regulatory compliance.
